The door handle is made of aluminum and features CNC 3D carving of water patterns. The thickness of this aluminum-carved handle is 20mm, and it also adopts the brushed copper process, matching the stainless steel door.
The water pattern on the aluminum plate, with its unique artistic expression, injects a lively beauty into modern life, allowing people to feel the charm of nature and the vitality of life even in their busy routines.
The stainless steel material not only gives the installation a modern feel but also possesses excellent corrosion resistance, maintaining its shine and aesthetic in various environments.
The stainless steel door uses a 6-meter arc-shaped Great Wall panel, a single arc angle formed by continuous folding. This is extremely challenging as 6 meters is already very long. The final arc-shaped Great Wall panel must align perfectly with the door, and the margin for error must be minimal, testing the factory’s craftsmanship.
Instead of using a one-piece form, we divide the production into modular units, manufacturing each section before welding them together. Even with this modular approach, creating the ultra-long grooves and bends took considerable time, and one-piece molding would have been even slower.
The final effect of the arc-shaped Great Wall panel produced in this modular manner is no different from a one-piece mold, with no visible weld points or gaps.
To realize this grand artistic vision, the stainless steel door undergoes initial production in the factory, solving all potential issues beforehand before being transported to the site for installation.
